mdi to deliver joint paper at OFC '10

mdi will be will be delivering a joint paper with AT&T on Wednesday March 24th at 9.30am.

mdi's Chief Technologist, Trevor Anderson, will present the joint paper with AT&T Labs on Wednesday 24th March at 9.30am. in room 1B. The paper (OWB6) is titled : “Measurement of Mean Fiber DGD Using Asynchronous Delay-Tap Sampling” .

We will present : experimental demonstration of measurement of mean fiber DGD using asynchronous delay-tapsampling in a 10Gbit/s WDM test-bed. With and without polarization scrambling, mean DGD values of 30.5ps and 26.2ps were measured on 31ps all-order PMD fiber.

The paper will be presented by Trevor Anderson mdi Chief Technologist.

Trevor will answer any product related questions and Peter Magill (AT&T Labs) will answer application related questions
