Olivier Jerphagnon President and CEO
 Olivier Jerphagnon has more than 10 years of experience in Optical Telecom and international business development, having worked with Tier-1 customers in North America, Europe and Asia. As the first employee of the US mdi office, he joined our company to drive the Marketing & Sales strategy before taking on the leadership role . A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Jerphagnon delivered multiple award-winning products from lab to market. He was previously part of the starting team at Calient Networks, and started his career working on early WDM systems at Alcatel Submarine Networks. At Calient, he took on a series of increasing leadership roles in Engineering, Marketing and Sales and was last Vice President for Europe leading business development in the Fiber-To-The-Home market. Mr. Jerphagnon holds an M.S. degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is a Graduate of the Grenoble Institute of Technology in France. He is a seasoned conference speaker, a sought-after writer, and creator of a yearly innovation award in France. | | | Trevor Anderson VP Technology  Trevor Anderson is the company technology leader and brings a unique multi-disciplinary experience in optical communications and pattern recognition. He was previously Project Leader for optical performance monitoring at NICTA where he developed the intellectual property that led to the creation of the company. He also held leadership technology positions at JDSU where he was Product Development Manager for optical modules, and at Telstra Research Laboratories where he collaborated with Dr. Kowalczyk who was pioneering the application of patter recognition techniques for Telecom applications. Mr. Anderson is an invited speaker and widely a published expert in the field of optical communications. He holds several patents and more than 40 publications. Trevor Anderson received a Master of Physics from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. | | | Trefor Morgan VP Operations Trefor Morgan has over 12 years of industry experience in photonics research and product development. Joining Monitoring Division shortly after it was founded, he now leads Operations at our office in Melbourne. Previously, he worked for Redfern Broadband Networks as team leader where he played a significant role in delivering photonic products to market. Dr. Morgan holds a number of patents and journal publications, and presented at international conferences including the prestigious OFC post-deadline session. He received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Melbourne. | | | | | |
